Day 1: Foundations of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning with Python. An overview of the Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) fields is introduced, along with an emphasis on the Python programming language. This session will cover the installation of requisite software and packages for the course.

Day 2: Introduction to OpenCV: Video Capture and Color Conversion with Python. Participants will learn to use OpenCV, a well-known computer vision library, for real-time video capture and frame extraction. The process of color space conversion in videos using Python and OpenCV will be demonstrated.

Day 3: Advanced Video Recording with OpenCV. Participants will delve into the intricacies of video recording using OpenCV, including understanding the cv2.fourcc function and configuring various camera properties.

Day 4: Facial Detection Techniques with haarcascade. A fundamental task in computer vision, facial detection, will be explored using haarcascade, a technique widely recognized for this purpose. Implementation details in Python using OpenCV will be provided.

Day 5: Initiation to Face Recognition and Dataset Compilation. This day brings forward the concepts and algorithms behind face recognition. Participants will also learn to compile datasets for face recognition with appropriate techniques for image collection and labeling.

Day 6: Implementation of LBPH Algorithm for Face Recognition. A focus on the LBPH (Local Binary Patterns Histograms) algorithm, a widely used face recognition algorithm. The session covers the training of the LBPH model on the collected datasets and interpretation of the face recognition output.

Day 7: Assessment and Certification. The final day is dedicated to evaluating the participants' comprehension and the skills they have acquired during the course. Guidance on future resources and potential career paths in AI, ML, and DL will be provided. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a 7 Days Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Internship Certificate.

The 7-day Internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of AI, ML, DL, and Computer Vision. You'll be able to work with OpenCV on image and video processing tasks, gain knowledge about advanced facial and object detection techniques, and apply your skills by building a facial recognition system using the LBPH algorithm.

Our 15-day Internship offers an opportunity to delve deeper and gain more insight. In addition to everything covered in the 7-day programme, you will learn about colour detection using the HSV colour space and the interaction between AI and Embedded Systems. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to programme the Atmega 328 P Microcontroller and discover the exciting world of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) with Tesseract. By the end of the programme, you'll have gained the skills to develop a fantastic object-tracking system using HSV colour detection!

This internship programme provides ample opportunities for hands-on learning and practical experience.
